Dr Fujiko Chamberlain Education Award presented to UQ student

UQ student Lochlan Cooke was presented the Dr Fujiko Chamberlain Education Award for achievement in Japanese studies by the Consul-General of Japan, Ms Keiko Yanai.  The award was created by the Australia Japan Society QLD (AJSQ) to commemorate the outstanding contribution to education and Australia Japan relations by Dr Fujiko Chamberlain. 

This year marked the inaugural presentation of the award, and many representatives gathered together at the AJSQ's end of year event to celebrate the late Dr Fujiko Chamberlain's lifetime of achievement.
