About the event

The Forum will showcase current and forthcoming initiatives across UQ and UQ College, featuring best-practice examples from all faculties through two keynote addresses and a series of lightning talks. These sessions will highlight practical strategies that academic staff can integrate into their own teaching and curricula.

This event provides an important platform for practitioners and researchers to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaborations, and advance the conversation on how the University can best support both students and staff in the area of academic language. Attendees will have the option to register for either the morning session, the afternoon session, or participate in the full-day program.

By engaging with colleagues from across the institution, participants will have the opportunity to draw on collective expertise, contribute to ongoing discussions, and help shape the future direction of teaching, learning, and research at UQ.
