Why study Honours?

Honours offers you the opportunity to continue in-depth study of your area of specialisation, work with the renowned experts in the field and write a research thesis on a specific topic.

Honours focuses on developing and consolidating the knowledge and skills acquired during undergraduate study, with particular emphasis on utilizing those skills in a sustained and purposeful way in conducting independent research.

Apart from content knowledge, employers value the reliability and capacity for independent work, and the skill at writing substantial reports, which are demonstrated by successful completion of Honours.
