Come along and learn all about the JET Programme! This is a great opportunity to find out more about the Programme and how to apply for 2023, hear from former JETs about their experiences, and ask questions about JET and living in Japan.

More about the JET Programme

The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme invites university graduates from around the world to live and work in Japan. Participants are employed as Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) and Coordinators for International Relations (CIRs), participating in internationalisation initiatives and assisting with foreign language education at schools and local governments offices around Japan.

The JET Programme, which has been running since 1987, is administered by the Japanese Government and has gained high acclaim both domestically and overseas for being one of the world’s largest international exchange programmes. It seeks to enhance internationalization in Japan and promote mutual understanding between the people of Japan and the world.
