Speaker: Mr Yoshifumi Arai, a leading researcher in sleep patterns, 2nd-year student of the Master’s program in medical sciences in the Graduate school of Comprehensive Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba; and belongs to the Hayashi laboratory, the International Institute for Integrative Sleep Medicine, the IIIS.

Master of Arts in Japanese Interpreting and Translation (MAJIT) Forums are an opportunity to observe our masters students in action. Guest speakers are invited to present on a range of topics in either English or Japanese, with our masters students providing consecutive and simultaneous interpreting. Forums are free and open to anyone who wishes to attend. They will be presented face to face with an option to also join remotely via Zoom.
